Adjusting the Handle Height

The handle position can be adjusted to match the
operator's height preference.
1. Remove the hairpin cotter pins and clevis pins from
the drive levers and neutral locks (Figure 18).

2. Loosen the upper flange bolts (3/8 x 1-1/4 inch)
and flange nut securing handle to rear frame
(Figure 19).
3. Remove the lower flange bolts (3/8 x 1 inch)
and flange nuts securing handle to rear frame
(Figure 19).
4. Pivot handle to desired operating position and
install lower flange bolts (3/8 x 1 inch)and flange
nuts into mounting holes. Tighten all flange bolts.

1. Control rod fitting
2. Lower mounting holes
3. Rear frame
4. Lower flange bolt (3/8 x 1
inch)
5. Upper flange bolt (3/8 x
1-1/4 inches)
5. Adjust the control rod length by rotating the control
rod in the rod fitting (Figure 18 and Figure 19).
6. Install hairpin cotter between drive levers and
neutral locks and into clevis pins (Figure 18).
Note: Make sure the clevis pins are inserted into
the neutral locks.
7. Perform the hydraulic linkage adjustments when the
handle height is changed; refer Hydraulic Linkage
Adjustments.
