Selecting the input source

1 Press »FUNCTION« to select the input source (TUNER, or TAPE).

Muting
This function enables you to mute the connected speakers.
Press »p« on the remote control to activate the mute function.

Stereo/mono reception
When the hi-fi system receives FM stereo stations, »ST.« appears in the display. However,
if the signal from the FM stereo station is weak, you can improve the sound quality by
switching to mono reception (Display: »MONO«).
Press »FM MODE« on the device to switch to mono reception.
