7. Conferencing unit settings

7.1

External Ringtone

You can set different ringtones for external calls. Select from 15 ringtones.
You will hear a sample ring as you scroll to each ringtone.
1. Press Menu, scroll
2. Set Handset is highlighted. Press Select.
3. Ringtone is highlighted. Press Select.
4. Ringing is highlighted, press Select.
5. External Ringtone

6. Scroll or to the ringtone that you want and press Select.

7. Press to return to standby.

Internal Ringtone

You can set different ringtones for internal calls.
Select from 15 ringtones.
You will hear a sample ring as you scroll to each ringtone.

3. Ringtone is highlighted. Press Select.
4. Ringing is highlighted, press Select.

Ringer volume

The cordless audio conferencing unit has 5 ringer volume settings plus Off.
If the volume is set to Off,
1. Press Menu, scroll
2. Set Handset is highlighted. Press Select.
3. Ringtone is highlighted. Press Select.
4. Ringing is highlighted, press Select.
