This manual is intended for authorised and trained technicians who have experience in the proper installation and commissioning
of solar systems on account of their technical training and knowledge.
All procedures required for installation, commissioning, operation and adjustment of the system are described in this instruction
manual and associated instruction manuals. Please read this manual carefully and thoroughly before proceeding with the instal-
lation and initial start-up or modification of the system.

For configuration with the air-water heat pump EKHBH*/EKHBX* (pressurised system
– Control and pump unit for solar systems (pressurised system) EKSR3PA/EKSRDS1A.
– Solar add-on for air-water heat pump system KKSOLHWAV1.
– Process water for air-water heat pump EKHWE*/EKHWS*.
For configuration with the air-water heat pump EKHBRD*(unpressurised system
– Control and pump unit for solar systems (unpressurised system) EKSRPS3.
– Hot water storage tank for air-to-water heat pumps EKHWP*.
When connecting to an external heat generator or storage tank which is not included in the scope of delivery, the individual
associated operating and installation instructions apply.
