TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Burner cannot light by
using igniter.
Flame sputters or flame
is low during cooking.
Regulator freezing.
Gas leakage.
Grease fire.
The grill is too hot.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. The distance between
ignition electrode tip and
burner port is out of
specification.
1. Check the regulator. If the
regulator is freezing, the gas
cylinder may not be at the
appropriate angle.
2. Gas in cylinder may be low.
1. The gas cylinder may not
be hanging at an optimum
position.
1. The gas regulator or gas
cylinder does not connect
properly.
2. Check the regulator. If the
regulator is freezing, the gas
cylinder may not be at the
appropriate angle.
1. When grease or dirt
accumulates inside a hot grill
body, this could cause a
grease fire.
1. The designed heat output
of this grill is high.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Adjust the ignition electrode tip
position according to Assembly
Instructions – Step 2.
1. Turn regulator to "Off" position
immediately. Refer to Installation
Instructions and Hanging Position
Of Gas Cylinder on page 10.
2. Replace gas cylinder.
1. Turn regulator to "Off" position
immediately. Refer to Installation
Instructions and Hanging Position
Of Gas Cylinder on page 10.
1. Turn the regulator control knob to
"OFF" position immediately. Open
the lid. Do not attempt to re-ignite
the burner within 5 minutes.
Conduct leak test according to
Leak Testing Regulator/Cylinder
on page 9.
2. Turn the regulator control knob to
"off" position immediately. Open the
lid. Do not attempt to re-ignite the
burner within 5 minutes. Strictly
follow the instructions to attach the
gas regulator according to Hanging
Position Of Gas Cylinder on page
10.
1. Clean the grill after each use.
1. Adjust the regulator control knob
to "LOW" position during cooking.
2. Opening the lid is a way to lower
the cooking temperature.
