Bleeding fork legs

Cleaning the dust boots of the fork legs

Raise the motorcycle at the frame underneath the engine.

The tires should no longer be in contact with the ground.

Secure the motorcycle against falling over.

Remove the lift stand.

To park the motorcycle, insert plug-in stand
the left side of the vehicle.

Remove bleeder screws
Any excess pressure escapes from the interior of the fork.

Mount and tighten bleeder screws.

Remove the motorcycle from the lift stand. (

Push dust boots
Info
The dust boots remove dust and coarse dirt particles from the fork tubes.
Over time, dirt can penetrate behind the dust boots. If this dirt is not
removed, the oil seals behind the boots can start to leak.
