7.30. Peripheral Device Activation (Tear Off Edge, Cutter)

Start the printer in the Service Mode:

ENTER

Turn the printer on

After installation or deinstallation of a peripheral device this function

has to be used to adjust the printer configuration.

Notes

Before starting the printer the

NEXT key and the ENTER key have

to be pressed simultaneously.

Turn the printer on and keep the two

keys pressed until the messages

[Service Mode ] is displayed

shortly.

Now the functions of the service

mode are available (compare

dashed areas in the Menu Structure

of section 6.6).
