Configure an Advanced IPsec VPN
1. Touch Advanced IPsec VPN and then touch
Add VPN Connection.
2. Enter a password, confirm the password, and touch
OK.
3. Enter the IPsec configuration information, then touch
Show advanced options to configure additional options.
4. Touch Save.
NFC
Use NFC (Near Field Communication) to share information
between your device and another NFC device by touching the
devices together, typically back-to-back. This is used for
applications such as Android Beam and S Beam.
To activate NFC:
1. From a Home screen, touch
More settings
2. Touch the OFF/ON button to turn NFC ON

S Beam
When S Beam is activated, you can beam files to another
NFC-capable device by holding the devices close together.
You can beam images and videos from your Gallery, music
files from your Music app, and more.
1. From a Home screen, touch
More settings.
2. Touch the OFF/ON button to turn S Beam ON
3. Touch the back of your device with another
NFC-capable device to transfer the content.

Nearby Devices

Share your media files with nearby using DLNA (Digital Living
Network Alliance) standards, over Wi-Fi.
1. Connect to a Wi-Fi network. For more information, refer
to "Activating Wi-Fi" on page 122.
2. From a Home screen, touch
More settings
3. Touch the OFF/ON button to turn Nearby devices
ON
and activate file sharing.
