Problem encountered
Machine does not turn on.
Power light
is off after having
pressed the start-up/stand-by button.
The machine requires a lot of time to
heat up.
The machine is very noisy.
Red flashing light

The coffee flows out too fast and no
creamy froth forms on the surface.
No coffee flows out or it just drips out
slowly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible causes
» Machine is not connected to the power
source.
» The machine has limescale build-up.
» No water in the tank.
» Water tank fitted incorrectly or
absent.
» Coffee knob in wrong position.
» Capsule already used.
» Dispensing spout is clogged.

Solution
» Connected the machine to the power source.
» Contact customer service.
» Descale the machine.
» Top up the tank with fresh drinking water.
» Fit the water tank correctly.
» Turn the coffee knob to the stop position.
» Contact customer servicea.
» Replace the capsule inside the capsule holder drawer
with a new one.
» Clean the coffee dispensing spout
(see MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING).
