Jumper Setting for Termination

For termination on the remote stations, open the remote handset hanger as shown be-
low. The default setting for J2 is "ON" (jumper block connected to pins 2 and 3). Con-
firm this setting. Re-connect the connector to the circuit board. Confirm that the plastic
washers are in the screw holes in the handset hanger then close the hanger. Do this
for all remote stations.

Unfasten six screws.
