Internal microphone

The digital microphone module is connected directly to the interface provided by the N4100. The microphone
is also powered by the microphone bias generator of the N4100 by 2.0Vdc. After filtering and decimation the
signal is passed to the D4800 for futher usage via the I2S bus.
