Brightness
Set the default screen brightness.
1. From the My device screen, tap Display, then under
Screen, tap Brightness.
2. Tap and drag the slider to set the brightness, or tap
Automatic brightness to allow the phone to adjust
brightness in response to light conditions.
3. Tap OK to save the setting.
Auto-rotate screen
When enabled, the screen's orientation automatically
changes when you rotate the phone.
From the My device screen, tap Display, then under
Screen, tap Auto-rotate screen to enable or disable the
feature.
When enabled, a check mark displays in the check
box.
Tip: You can also set Auto rotate on the Notifications panel
with the Screen rotation setting. (For more information,
refer to "Notification Bar" on page 37 and "Accessing
Additional Panel Functions" on page 38.)

Screen timeout
Set the length of delay between the last key press or screen
tap and the automatic screen timeout (dim and lock).
1. From the My device screen, tap Display, then under
Screen, tap Screen timeout.
2. Tap a setting to select it.
Daydream
When set to ON, this option lets you control your phone's
reactions to being placed in an optional desk or vehicle dock,
being connected to a charger, and/or sleeping.
1. From the My device screen, tap Display, then under
Screen, tap:
• Daydream slider
• Daydream slider
2. Tap Daydream to select Daydream wallpaper from
Colors, Flipboard, Google Photos, Photo Frame, Photo
Table or Zappos.
For additional Flipboard, Google Photos, Photo Frame,
Photo Table, or Zappos settings, tap
• Tap Preview to view the effects of your Daydream settings.
