Taking Sequential Shots

Using the sequence function, the camera will continue taking a series of
up to 45 still shots (When the record mode is set to SQ) for as long as
the shutter button remains pressed.
This function is useful for shooting fast-moving objects, since among the
many shots there are likely to be some that show the subject or action
as you wish.

Open the lens barrier.
• The camera turns on in
shooting mode.

Press
on the arrow pad.
• The monitor will illuminate and
the sequence mark will be
displayed.
• When the sequence mark is
not displayed, press
repeatedly until it is displayed.

Position the subject in the
picture frame, then press the
shutter button and continue
to hold it down.
• The camera will begin
sequential shooting.
• The flash will not activate.

Release the shutter button.
• The camera will stop
sequential shooting.
• When the record mode is set
to SQ, a maximum of 45
pictures can be taken
sequentially.
• When 45 pictures are shot, or
the remaining picture count
reaches 0, sequential shooting
automatically stops.
