Disconnecting from a Macintosh

When removing the card from the camera or disconnecting the camera
(USB cable) from the computer, take the following steps so that a
computer error does not occur.
If the computer generates an error, disconnect the USB cable and
restart the computer.

Confirm that the orange lamp
beside the viewfinder of the
camera is not lit.
• If the orange lamp is blinking,
wait for it to stop.

Drag the PC untitled icon on
the desktop to the "Trash".
Or, click the PC untitled icon,
then select "Eject" from the
"Special" menu in the Finder.

Press the OK button when the
message is displayed.

Remove the card from the
camera.
Or disconnect the USB cable
from the computer and the
camera.
