PIP (PICTURE-IN-PICTURE) IN MULTI FUNCTION MODES

Picture-in-Picture (PIP) allows you to monitor your system with an inset screen on the
bottom-right corner of the window, while in a different mode.

About Picture-In-Picture (PIP) Modes

• When in Computer Monitor (PC) Mode, the PIP displays the DVR screen.
• When in Component Mode, the PIP displays the DVR screen.
• When in DVR Mode, the REVERSE-PIP displays the Component Video or DVI input. This function
could be used to watch a movie or view your PC screen while monitoring the live video display.
• A PIP screen will NOT be displayed when the Demo Video is playing
Pre-requisites:
• Connect a device to the DVI or Component port on the rear panel of the system.
• Exit from search, view, or menu mode.
Using a Mouse:
1. Right-click anywhere on screen.
• The quick-menu opens.
2. Click the PIP button.
• The PIP menu appears on screen.
3. Click on PC or COMPONENT.
• A PIP window opens on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Press the PIP button on the remote to open PIP.
NOTE:

Exiting Picture-in-Picture mode

1. Right-click anywhere on screen.
• The quick-menu opens.
2. Click the PIP button.
• The PIP menu appears on screen.
3. Click EXIT.

You can view PIP (Picture-in-Picture) in
order to see Component video or DVI (PC
Monitor) while in DVR mode by pressing
the PIP button on your remote control.
