Typical Usage Scenarios
• The network administrator in a large organization can get
customized daily reports of the status of all printers
(including usage reports).
• User accounts can be configured so that a person in each
department can manage their local printers.
• The system can be set to alert the local user and the
administrator of problems.
• The administrator can log into the PrintSuperVision
system from any client machine and manage printers on
different sites, looking at a map view to see instantly the
status of all the printers.
PrintSuperVision
• allows the administrator to track the cost of the printers.

• advises when to replace consumables, based on current
