• Forward with files: Lets you include attachments when
forwarding an email.
• Email notifications: Activates the email notification icon to appear
within the Notifications area of the status bar when new email is
received.
• Select ringtone: Plays a selected ringtone when a new email
message is received.
• Vibrate: Activates vibration when a new email message is
received.
• Incoming settings: Lets you specify incoming email settings,
such as User Name, Password, POP3 server, Security type, Port,
and Delete email from server (select Never or When I delete from
Inbox).
• Sync schedule: set Email push service sync schedule.
• While roaming: choose whether to Use sync schedule or Manual
sync when roaming.
• While power is low: choose whether to Use sync schedule or
Manual sync when power is low.
Microsoft Exchange Email (Outlook)
Your phone also provides access to an Outlook Exchange server.
If your company uses either Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or
2007, you can use this email application to wirelessly synchronize
your email, Contacts, and Calendar information directly with your
company's Exchange server. Consult your Network or IT
Administrator for setup information and support.
Setting Up a Microsoft Exchange Email account
From the Home screen, tap

If this is the first email account on your phone, enter your

Email address and Password information.
• Tap Show password to view the password string as you enter it.
If you already have other email account setup, press

and tap Settings
enter your Email address and Password information, tap

Push notification to add a checkmark, then tap
Exchange ActiveSync.
When prompted to provide additional detailed information,

enter the Domain, and confirm your User name and
Password information.
