TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOMS
The water pump will not start
The machine is not going in
TOTAL STOP mode (unit in
by-pass)
The water pump does not reach
maximum pressure
Strong vibrations on the water pump
The burner will not start
Anormal noise of Diesel pump
No detergent suction
CAUSES
The motor thermic protection is open
The no-return valve does not seal
Leakage from the water system
of the gun
Nozzle worn
Pressure ball or adjustment housing
worn or spring broken
Pressure valve gaskets worn
Pistons seal gasket worn
Nozzle holding head in position
low pressure
Water supply insufficient
Alien matter under a check valve
Diesel filter blocked
Diesel nozzle blocked
Worn or broken electrodes
The pressure switch remains open
Low diesel
High viscosity of the employed
detergent
Detergent filter blocked

REMEDIES
Check the mains voltage (+/- 5%
tolerance). Check the phases
in the plug are connected well.
Replace the valve or the gasket
and check the pressure valve
body wear.
Eliminate the leaks
Replace the nozzle
Replace the faulty part
Replace the valve gaskets
Replace the gaskets
Turn the head on high pressure
Check the water supply flow and
the relative pressure (2÷10)
Check the water filter and clean
it if necessary
Prime the pump without the lance
Check the valves, clean and
reassemble
Clean the filter
Clean the filter
Replace the electrodes
Replace the pressure switch
Fill diesel tank or work on cold water
Further dilute the detergent
Clean the filter
