Troubleshooting

Pressure Washer Will Not Run At All - No Power
Solutions
Turn Pump switch ON
Check for tripped circuit breaker in building
Circuit Breaker Trips
Solutions
Check the voltage
Make sure there is no other equipment using the same circuit.
Check/adjust pressure setting on unloader.
Pressure Washer Runs but Burner Doesn't FIre
Solutions
Inspect & remove any blockages
Inspect rubber boot and connections between the heat exchanger and blower for
leaks. Replace boot or tighten connections

Fill fuel tank with diesel.
Drain or replace if needed
Replace
Fuel solenoid, coupler, or pump itself may need to be replaced. Contact product
support.
Check fuel pressure and replace if needed
Clean, adjust, or replace electrodes. See maintenance and repair section of manual.

Turn heat switch ON.
Set thermostat to desired temp (if equipped).
Open Trigger gun to allow flow
Clean or replace flow switch. See Maintenance and repair section of manual

Clean or replace nozzle

Solutions
Adjust the air band until the burner burns cleanly. See installation Instructions.
Use kerosene for the cleanest burn.
