Unscrew the valve cap from the tyre valve.
Remove the valve insert
l . Do not lay the valve insert

with the valvecore remover
k down in sand or dirt.

Pull the stopper m from the fill hose
hose onto the tyre valve.

Hold the bottle down with the filling tube and then press
them together. Press the entyre bottle contents into the
tyre. Pull the fill hose off
tightly into the tyre valve with the valve-core remover
j . Push the fill
j and screw the valve insert k
