MAINTENANCE
TAPE hEAD
While you are Playing Back or Recording, if you would meet with the following symptom, most
of those are caused by the dirtiness of Tape Head,Pinch-Roller and Capstan
• No good Sound
• Can not Properly Record
• Previous Sound remain.
• Tape is easily stuck.
Please get the Cleaning Kit(Or Cleaning Tape) which are easily available at the Market, then
Please clean the Tape Head. We suggest you to clean as earlier as possible(By every 10HR
use). Press the STOP/EJECT (
per the drawings bellow, soak the cotton bud or soft cloth with alcohol, then wipe the surface
which touch the tape gentlely. Please make sure before putting the Tape in that the alcohol is
dried up completely.
• After long use, the head is magnetized, and it may cause the Distortion or poor sound quality.
Being such cases, please erase the magnetic power from the Tape Head with Magnetic Era-
ser available in the market.
ABOUT fROST
When the surrounding temperature changes suddenly, there might be the possibility to have
frost on inside lens. Under such kind of situation, the unit may not be able to play the CD Prope-
rly. Being such cases, please take the CD, and leave the unit about 1 Hour at the place where
the unit will be used, then please operate the units.
PICK-UP(Lenz)
If the Lenz at the connection portion of CD would get dirty, it may cause the problems that
somes Sounds skip or Play-Back becomes difficult. Please clean the dusts with blowing Lenz
2 or 3 time and clean up the dust with Brush.As for the Fingerprint etc which stick to the Lenz,
please clean softly with Cotton Buds, like shaping round from the Lenz Center to the outside.

UNITS MAINTENANCE

Please clean units with soft cloth softly. In case very dirty, use the wet cloth soaked with netral
detergent after squeezing to sweep the units, then sweep again with the dry cloth.
• Please refrain from using benzine or thinner. And also rerain from using the Insecticied etc.
