Message settings
To be able to send text messages, you must define settings on
your car phone.
Message centre number
You receive this number from your service provider.
Note
This option saves the phone number of the message
center, which you need to send text messages.
Reply using same message center (network service)
Replies to text messages are typically handled by the SMS
center to which the sender subscribes.
allows the recipient of your message to send you a reply using
your message
center.
To make these settings:
With the display in standby, press
Scroll to
Message
settings, and press
Scroll to the desired option, and press
Follow the instructions on the display.

View templates
Your car phone has five standard templates for text messages.
In addition to these, you can save five templates based on
received text messages.
With the display in standby, press
Scroll to Messages, and press
Scroll to
View
templates, and press
Scroll through the list of templates, and press
the desired template.
Press
to confirm selection of the template.
Scroll to the desired option, and press
Follow the instructions shown on the display.
Send
The template selected is sent.
Delete
To delete templates you saved, scroll to Delete, and press
to delete the template:

While you can delete the templates you saved from
received text messages, you cannot delete the five
standard templates stored in the car phone
