inboxed with the CPE.
Important Installation Environments
when Installing CPE
Your CPE depends on cellular network coverage to
give you the best service. The CPE needs to be in
the 'line of sight' of the nearest Orange tower.
Tip: To determine network strength, use a cellphone
to choose a strong reception location or network
indicator on CPE.
Signal Indicator
Blue bars indicate network strength. The more
bars the stronger the network strength.
No bars: no network coverage
• If possible place the CPE away from
obstructive structures like furniture, trees or
concrete walls.
• The best place to put the CPE is in open
spaces, by windows or locations where network
coverage is at its strongest.
• It is also important to ensure there is little
obstruction between CPE and cellphone if
connected by Wi-Fi, e.g. multiple wall layers
Safety: Keep CPE away from strong magnetic and
electric fields e.g. microwaves.
*If CPE continues to fail to get strong network
coverage call 136 to get assistance from the
technical team. If the CPE appears to be faulty
return within seven days of puchasing.
