    Always make sure that a loop protector is on the magazine when it is not on the camera. Also make sure that the magazine opening cover is on the camera when no magazine is attached to the camera.     Note: On the 535B the movement block is disengaged from the drive system when it is swung away from the gate. Both the movement and the drive system can now be turned independently of each other.

    Turning Camera Power On The main power switch for the ARRIFLEX 535B is located on the underside of the electronics cover. When a battery is attached to the camera and the main power switch is turned on, you should see characters appear on the LCD display on the camera left side.
