Section 2: Installation
(How to adjustment and lock]
(1) Turn the High/Low volume VR1(Hi)/VR2(Lo)
counterclockwise until the dead-end.
Loosen the Lock Nut of Adjusting Screw.
(Turn 45° counterclockwise) Then set the
Manifold Pressure at 1.16 to 1.20 W.C. by
turning Adjusting Screw. (Holding Lock Nut
by wrench)

(3) Turn the Low Volume knob VR2 (Lo)
clockwise and adjust the Manifold Pressure
as instructed in Table-1,2.
(4) Operate the GF3800/GF1800 with high burner
mode for more than 5 minute, and then
adjust the Manifold Pressure by turning the
High Volume knob VR1 (Hi) clockwise as
instructed in Table-1,2.
•After setting up the gas pressure in High and
Low burner modes, repeat the operation in
both High and Low burner mode to reconfirm
that each set gas pressure is unchanged. If
unchanged, the gas pressure control work has
been completed. If it changed, repeat the gas
pressure control work from the beginning, high
burner mode, first.

an Extension Kit
•The gas pressures when using extension kits
are listed in Table-2 below. The control method
of gas pressure is the same as a standard
installation. However, please note that the gas
pressure value differs in each case.
