7.2.3 Setting Option Code

5. Locate the 4-digit code in Table 8 or on the label near the PC
control module in the upper plenum of the oven.
Note: Some MED272JS models built prior to June 2013 were
shipped with an option code label which incorrectly reflected
0941 as the option code. The correct option code is 1141.
6. Press
to advance to the Option Code menu
FAST PREHEAT
selection.
7. Press
, and enter / verify the 4-digit code .
START
8. To confirm the change after the code has been entered, press
to advance to the next menu item.

7.2.4 Exiting Service Mode

9. Press
/
to exit Service Mode.
ON
OFF
10. Follow the instructions on the display to set the time and date.

7.2.5 Resetting the Oven

11. Unplug the unit or turn power off at the circuit breaker for 30
seconds.
12. Follow instructions on the display to set the time and date.
13. Confirm that the error code (if any) has been cleared, lights
are working properly, and oven is functioning normally.

DEMO MODE

The display and lights will work on 120VAC when the black and red
wires are tied together.
