A change of gradient means a change of gain. When a gamma value with
twice the gradient is set for only half of the input, 256-step output will be
obtained.
However, note that setting a gamma value with a sharp gradient toward the
black side means amplifying the noise element.
In addition to an auto-LUT function, the LS-4500AF has an LUT function
set by users, enabling downloading from an outside source.
