Using The Broil/Au Grating Function "Asar/Gratinar"; Using The Defrost Function "Descongelar" - Oster 6073 Instruction Manual

USINg ThE bROIL/AU gRATIN fUNCTION "ASAR/
gRATINAR"
Press the Power Button " " (1) and then select the Broil/Au
Gratin Function "Asar/Gratinar" (2) the upper heating elements
will heat. Close glass door leaving approximately a 8 cm
(3-inch) opening at the top of the oven.
The default temperature setting will be 175°C (350°F).
The default time will be 0:15 minutes.
To set the time: Press and hold the Time Buttons
"Cronómetro" (3) ( or ) to increase or decrease the broiling
time. The digits will advance slowly at first then speed up after
5 seconds and even faster after 5 more seconds.
The maximum time setting for Broil is 2 hours.
Temperature: Press and hold the Temperature Buttons
"Temperatura" (4) ( or ) to increase or decrease the
temperature setting. The digits will advance slowly, in
25-degree increments at first then speed up after 5 seconds.
press Start "Iniciar" (5) – The red Power Indicator Light will
illuminate. The unit begins to work and the timer begins to
countdown the remaining time. When the Broiling cycle is
complete the unit will "beep" for 2 seconds, the red Power
Indicator Light will turn off, and the time will show 0:00 on the
display.
Note: You can adjust the time or temperature at any time
during the cooking cycle.

USINg ThE DEfROST fUNCTION "DESCONgELAR"

Press the Power Button " " (1) and then select the Defrost
Function "Descongelar" (2) the convection fan will turn on and
circulate air allowing the food to Defrost evenly and faster.
The default temperature setting will be 65°C (150°F). The
default time will be 1:00 hour.
To set the time: Press and hold the Time Buttons
"Cronómetro" (3) ( or ) to increase or decrease the
defrosting time. The digits will advance slowly at first then
speed up after 5 seconds and even faster after 5 more
seconds. The maximum time setting for Defrost is 14 hours.
Temperature: The only temperature that can be set for
Defrost is 65°C (150°F).
press Start "Iniciar" (4) – The red Power Indicator Light will
turn on. The unit will begin to work and the timer will start to
countdown the remaining time. The backlight for the LCD
display will go off after 30 seconds.
When the Defrost cycle is complete, the unit will "beep" for 2
seconds, the red Power Indicator Light will turn off, and the
time will show 0:00 on the display.
