Using The Bake Function "Hornear"; Using The Pizza Function "Pizza" - Oster 6073 Instruction Manual

USINg ThE bAKE fUNCTION "hORNEAR"

Press Power Button " " (1) and then select the Bake Function
"Hornear" (2) and you will be able to cook as in a standard oven
and without the use of the convection fan. Both upper and lower
heating elements will heat up.
The default temperature setting will be 175°C (350°F). The
default time will be 0:15 minutes.
To Set the Time: Press and hold the Time Buttons "Cronómetro"
(3) ( or ) to increase or decrease the cooking time. The digits
will advance slowly at first then speed up after 5 seconds. The
maximum time setting for Bake is 2 hours.
Temperature: Press and hold the Temperature Buttons
"Temperatura" (4) (
temperature setting. The digits will advance slowly, in 25-degree
increments at first then speed up after 5 seconds. The
temperature that can be set for Bake is from 65°C to 230° C
(150° to 450° F).
press Start button "Iniciar" (5) –The red Power Indicator Light
will turn on. The unit begins to work and the timer begins to
countdown.
When the Baking cycle is complete the unit will "beep" for 2
seconds, the red Power Indicator Light will turn off, and the time
will show 0:00 on the display.
Note: You can adjust the time or temperature at any time during
the baking cycle.

USINg ThE pIZZA fUNCTION "pIZZA"

Press the Power Button " " (1) and then select the Pizza Function
"Pizza" (2). The convection fan will turn on and circulate air allowing
the pizza to cook evenly and faster. Place the pizza directly on the
cooking rack for best results.
The default temperature setting will be 205°C (400°F). The default time
will be 0:15 minutes.
To set the time: Press and hold Time Buttons "Cronómetro" (3)
( or ) to increase or decrease the cooking time.The digits will
advance slowly at first then speed up after 5 seconds and even faster
after 5 more seconds. The maximum time setting for Pizza is 2 hours.
Temperature: Press and hold the Temperature Buttons
"Temperatura" (4) ( or ) to increase or decrease the temperature
setting. The digits will advance slowly, in 25-degree increments at first
then speed up after 5 seconds. The temperature that can be set for
Pizza is from 65°C to 205°C (150°F to 400°F).
press Start "Iniciar" (5) – The red Power Indicator Light will
illuminate. The unit begins to work and the timer begins to countdown
the remaining time. When the Pizza cycle is complete the unit will
"beep" for 2 seconds, the red Power Indicator Light will turn off and
the time will show 0:00 on the display.
Note: You can adjust the time or temperature at any time during the
cooking cycle.
