7.1.2 TROUBLE SHOOTING

• No Power ON
• FL is not turned ON
• FL indication is unusual

• Blow out fuse of the primary side (FU1, FU2)
• Check the following connections :
SYPS Assy - DVDM Assy
DVDM Assy - FLKB Assy
MAUD Assy - AUDIO Assy
DVDM Assy - MAUD Assy
DVDM Assy - DSPB Assy
• Check each voltage of SYPS Assy (±5V, +3.3V FLAC, FL -36V)
• Check D324 and D334 on the SYPS Assy
Indicates the error message
• Check +12V voltage (If +12V voltage is not supplied, check the IC302 and IC322.)
• Check the connection between DVDM Assy and LOMB Assy.
When only the picture
does not appear.
When only the sound
does not come out.
When only the sound
of the front side does
not come out.
When the sound except
the front side does
not come out.
When neither the picture
nor the sound comes
out.
Indicates the error message

Refer to the section "7.1.3 ERROR CODE".

• Check the connection between DVDM Assy and VOUT Assy.
• Check -5V voltage of the SYPS Assy.
Check the voltage of the MAPS Assy (AC ±16V)
(If above voltage is not supplied, check the IC501, IC511, IC521
and IC531.)
Check the voltage of the IC421, IC431, IC441 and IC451 of the
AUDIO Assy.
Check the voltage of the MAPS Assy. (V±12V, V±5V)
• Check the connection of CN120 on the DVDM Assy.
• Check the pickup short switch.
Refer to the section "7.1.3 ERROR CODE".
