3.11 Base Unit Time and Date

Normally, the clock will be automatically updated each time it receives an incoming
caller ID. However, the user can set the clock manually with the following procedure.
Clock setting mode
* Press and hold [ SET ] for 2 seconds to enter the Set Clock Mode.
* Press [
] or [
] to select the 12 or 24 hour clock display format.
* Press [ SET ] to save setting and toggle to the Minute setting.
* Press [
] or [
] to increment or decrement the minute counter. Pressing and
holding the [
] or [
] button for 2 seconds will enter the fast clock adjusting
mode.
* Press [ SET ] to save and toggle the M/D setting.
* Press [
] or [
] to select the MMDD or DDMM format.
* Press [ SET ] to save and toggle the Month setting.
* Press [
] or [
] to set the Month.
Whether Month or Date appears first in the display will depend on the MMDD or
DDMM setting made in section 6.
* Press [ SET ] to save and toggle the Date setting.
* Press [
] or [
] to set the Date.
* Press [ SET ] to save and toggle the temperature display (°C and °F setting).
* Press [
] or [
] to set the temperature display (°C and °F setting).
* Press [ SET ] to exit clock setting.
Note: Press [ Channel ] or [ Alarm ] or no key press within one minute to
return to standby mode.
Once the minute value is changed, the second will be reset to 0.
The base unit will automatically update the handset time.
