    SF 120 AVVERTENZA! Il Pedometro/Orologio Trevi SF 120 viene venduto con la batteria già installata, ma in modalità risparmio energetico, ovvero con il display spento e tutte le funzioni non attive. Per riattivare il funzionamento del Pedometro/Orologio occorre tenere premuto contemporaneamente i tasti S2 ADJUST/LIGHT e S4 RESET (vedi DESCRIZIONE PULSANTI).

Vi consigliamo di leggere attentamente questo manuale per imparare l’uso del dispositivo e apprezzare le sue funzioni e la facilità d’uso. TREVI si riserva il diritto di modificare il contenuto del manuale senza preavviso.

    SF 120 DESCRIZIONE MODALITÀ Il Pedometro/Orologio include 6 diverse funzioni: Premere il tasto MODE per scorrere tra le varie funzioni: Modalità Orologio: premere il tasto MODE fino alla comparsa della dicitura TIME (time). Verranno visualizzati orario e data. Modalità Pedometro: premere il tasto MODE fino alla comparsa della dicitura STEP (step). Verranno visualizzati i dati relativi ai passi, le calorie bruciate, la distanza percorsa, la velocità media e la percentuale dell’obbiettivo prefissato. Modalità Dati: premere il tasto MODE fino alla comparsa della dicitura DATA (data). Verranno visualizzati i dati totali e i dati giornalieri fino a 7 giorni prima relativi ai passi, le calorie bruciate, la distanza percorsa, la velocità media, il tempo dedicato all’esercizio e la percentuale...

    SF 120 MODALITÀ OROLOGIO In Modalità Orologio tenere premuto il tasto S2 ADJUST fino a che non lampeggiano le ore. Durante la pressione comparirà ADJ lampeggiante. 1. Premere il tasto S3 START/STOP o il tasto S4 RESET per aumentare o diminuire le ore. 2. Premere il tasto S1 MODE per passare alla regolazione dei minuti.

    SF 120 Durante la visualizzazione dell’orario, premere il tasto S3 START/STOP per visualizzare il giorno della settimana o il mese. Premere il tasto S4 RESET per abilitare il bip ad ogni pressione di un tasto. Comprarirà il simbolo di una campanella a fianco della data in alto a destra. Ripremerlo per disabilitarlo.

    SF 120 7. Premere il tasto S3 o il tasto S4 per aumentare o diminuire la lunghezza del passo durante il cammino. 8. Premere il tasto S1 per passare alla regolazione della lunghezza del passo durante la corsa (run DTN). 9.     SF 120 USO DEL PEDOMETRO Una volta impostati i dati (vedi paragrafo MODALITÀ PEDOMETRO), è possibile cominciare ad utilizzare il pedometro. 1. Tenere premuto il tasto S3 START/STOP per avviare il pedometro. Sul display lampeggerà il simbolo di un omino che corre in alto a destra. Tenere premuto il tasto S3 per spegnere il pedometro. 2.     SF 120 MODALITÀ CRONOMETRO 1. Premere il tasto S3 START/STOP per avviare il cronometro. Ripremerlo per arrestarlo. 2. Premere il tasto S4 RESET per cancellare e riportare a zero tutti i dati. 3. Una volta avviato il cronometro è possibile rilevare il tempo intermedio premendo il tasto S4 RESET.

    SF 120 CALCULATING STRIDE LENGTH How to calculate your stride length: To properly calculate your stride length, measure a predetermined distance in feet. Correct stride distance is defined as a tip of your foot to another one. To measure the correct average stride distance, divide the total distance of ten steps you walked / run by the number of step (10).
