Managing the Directory

Check with your phone system administrator before performing the following
procedures.

Download Data

Press the soft key to select the Directory to download (Personal,
Step 1
Corporate, Group).
Press the control key for File. The File menu opens.
Step 2
Using the cursor key, select Download and then press Enter (on the

Inaset lower panel).
At the dialog box, enter the address (using the dial keys) of the FTP
Step 4
server storing the data you want to download.
Press the soft key for OK to start the data download from the designated
Step 5
server and then press the control key for Back to close the download
window.
When the data has been downloaded, it must be loaded into the Inaset
Step 6
memory before use. Press the control key for File. The File menu opens.
Using the cursor key, select Load and then press Enter (on the Inaset
Step 7
lower panel). The directory data will be loaded and displayed.

Upload Data

Press the soft key to select the Directory to upload (Personal, Corporate,
Step 1
Group).
Press the control key for File. The File menu opens.
Step 2
Using the cursor key, select Upload and then press Enter (on the Inaset
Step 3
lower panel).
At the dialog box, enter the address (using the dial keys) of the FTP
Step 4
server to upload data to.
