• 1080 HD (1920x1080) progressive:
– 23.98/24/25/29.97/30
– 50/59.94/60
• Apple ProRes 444 or Apple ProRes 422 (all versions) up to/including 30 frames per
second.
• Apple ProRes 422 (all versions) for 50/59.94/60 frames per second
• SDI output support for 23.98/24/25/29.97/30 frames per second (SDI 1 YCbCr, SDI 1-2
RGB, or SDI 1 RGB)
• SDI output support for 50/59.94/60 frames per second (SDI 1-2 YCbCr or SDI 1 YCbCr)
1080 HD (1920x1080) interlaced:
– 25/29.97/30
• Apple ProRes 422 (all versions) up to/including 30 frames per second.
• SDI output support up to/including 30 frames per second (SDI 1 YCbCr)
Press the EI Menu Button to enter the EI menu parameters.
This menu parameter offers exposure index value selections. Typically, lower exposure
index values are desirable for outdoor shooting or when the lowest possible noise is
desired. Higher exposure index values will be more often used when there are limitations
with lighting.
These are the options:
• 320 (default) – Sets the exposure index to a value that is useful when working with
controlled lighting or shooting outdoors
The EI 320 selection offers a wide range of accompanying gamma and color
correction selections.
• 500 – Sets the exposure index to a value that is useful when working with controlled
lighting
The EI 500 selection offers a wide range of accompanying gamma and color
correction selections.
• 800 – Sets the exposure index to a value that is useful when working with lower light
conditions
The EI 800 selection limits the use of some gamma and color correction selections.
• 1000 – Sets the exposure index to a value that is useful when working with low light
conditions
The EI 1000 selection limits the use of gamma and color correction selections.
NOTE: During EI value changes the UI screen and the video output will go to black. Once the EI value
is reset, picture will reappear on the UI screen and the video outputs.
