Riding Precautions

Parking with the Center Stand
1. Stop the engine.
2. Let down the center stand, and stand on the
left side of the scooter. Hold the left handle
grip and the rear grip. Press down on the tip
of the center stand with your right foot and,
simultaneously, pull up and back.

3. Turn the handlebar fully to the left.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position
and remove the key.

Refueling and Fuel Guidelines
Follow these guidelines to protect the engine
and catalytic converter:

Use only unleaded gasoline.
• Use recommended octane number. Using
lower octane gasoline will result in decreased
engine performance.
• Do not use fuels containing a high
concentration of alcohol.

an oil/gasoline mixture.
• Avo1d getting dirt or water in the fuel tank.
