TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE OPERATION

The air purifier is designed to remove dust or odor in a room. If there are strong smells of fragrance, sesame
oil, cigarette or roast, the odor will attach to the surface of the filter, and this may occur within several weeks
or months. In such cases, clean the Active Carbon Deodorizing Filter and the HEPA filter. If odor persists,
replace the filters.
When the unit is used in the presence of strong smells, it is recommended to ventilate the room frequently.
It takes more time to remove odor than dust.
Do not use cosmetics containing silicone around the main unit.
If silicone attaches to the inside of the unit, Plasmacluster Ions cannot be generated.
Hair care products (hair care solution and hair mousse), cosmetics, antiperspirant, antistatic agent, water
spray, polishing agent, glass cleaning fluid, chemical cloth, wax, etc.

Put a piece of paper under the filter during replacement to avoid staining the surrounding area.
NOTE Dispose of replaced filters in compliance with the local garbage classification guidelines.
Depend on different working environments, the filters is recommended to replace within
several weeks or months because of smells.
As consumables, filters are charged even in the warranty period.

According to the Japan Electrical Manufacturer's Association JEM1467, if the volume of dust is equivalent
to 5 cigarettes absorbed per day, the deodorizing capacity of filter is reduced by 50％.
If the volume of dust is equivalent to 10 cigarettes absorbed per day, the filter is recommended to replace
every 2.5 years.
Before maintenance, be sure to shut
down the unit and remove its power plug.
