LID RELEASE BUTTON
The special designed lid relased button helps you open the lid much more easily and safety.
Push the button, and fry lid will release automatically. Thus steam will escape from the deep
fryer when fried to avoid scalding the fingers.
TO REMOVE THE LID
To remove the lid, lift the lid tovertical position and remove with a straight pull upwards.
FILTER SYSTEM
The lis is fitted with a pernament filter system witch collects drops of oil from the steam as it
passes though the filter. The filter should be replaced after several cooking sessions (around 60
times).
VIEWING WINDOW
Smear the face of the viewing window with the oil to prevent condensation forming and to ena-
ble cooking process to be checked.
THERMOSTAT & POILOT LIGHT
The termostea is calibrated in steps marked, 130°, 150°, 170° and 190°C with offers you the
best temperature to suit the food to be fried.
HEAT - TEMPERATURE PILOT LIGHT will light automatically while the set temperature is rea-
ched.
POWER - POWER LIGHT it will light automatically when the cord is plugged into an AC electric
outlet.
Instructions for Use
Preparing your fryer for use
Make sure fryer is unplugged: Wash the FRYING BASKET in hot soapy water and wipe dry
thoroughly. Wipe the interior, exterior surfaces and LID with a damp soapy cloth. Towel dry
thoroughly. Your fryer is now ready to use.
CAUTION: Do not immerse fryer, cord, or pugs in water.
Use your deep fryer
NOTE: Never turn on the fryer with an empty OIL RESERVOIR. Always use your fryer on a flat,
heat resistant surface. Plug the cord into the outlet.
1)
Unlock LID by depressing LID RELEASE BUTTON.
2)
To remove FRYING BASKET use HANDLE.
3)
Pour cooking oil into OIL CONTAINER.
4)
Making sure oil level is filled to the „MAX" mark as indicated.
5)
Smear a little oil on the inside of the VIEWING WINDOW. This prevents condensation, which
impedes the view.
6)
Place FRYING BASKET into fryer and take out handle.
7)
Close the LID.
8)
Make sure that fryer is off and insert plug into power socket. To turn fryer on, slide
ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT to the desired temperature. The READY LIGHT will come off
when the set temperature is reached.
9)
Open LID and raise FRYING BASKET.
10)
Place food to be cooked in FRYING BASKET, take out handle and close LID.
11)
CAUTION: Remove any excess ice crystal on frozen foods before placing in basket.
12)
Cook according to the Frying Chart or your favorite recipe.
