CONSUMER LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant your Memorexr"' cps TURBO to be free from
defects in workmanship and materials, under normal
consumer usage. This limited warranty covers parts for
a period of one year and labor for 90 (ninety) days from
date of purchase.

The warranty periods commence on the date of purchase
by the consumer. To obtain service under this warranty,
you must send your Memorex
cps
TURBO UNIVERSAL
REMOTE CONTROL, together with the original bill of sale
or other satisfactory proof of purchase, to any Memtek
Products Consumer Service Center.
Any postage, insurance and shipping costs incurred in
presenting or sending your Memorex cps TURBO
UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL for service are your
responsibility . All warranty inspections must be per-
formed , and parts obtained, at a Memtek Consumer
Service Center.
You may obtain the address of the nearest Memtek
Products Consumer Service Center by calling toll free
between the hours of 8:00 AM -5:00 PM CST: Outside
Texas (800) 323-2601 ; Texas only (800) 323-2607.
Please do not discuss service problems with the opera-
tors. They can only direct you to one of the Memtek
Products Consumer Service Centers.
This warranty does not cover transit or shipping damage :
nor unauthorized repair or parts ; nor customer accident,
misuse or abuse ; nor equipment setup or consumer
misadjustment of product controls ; nor reception prob-
lems resulting from inadequate antenna requirements .
Our obligation shall abe only to replace such parts and
provide labor as stated in this warranty. We shall not
be liable for any loss or inconveniences, direct or indirect,
or consequential property damages. Some states do not
allow limitations on length of implied warranty, or exclu-
sive of incidental and consequential damages, so the
above limitations and exclusives may not apply to you .
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
have others which vary from state to state.
