You can listen to PC sound with the audio cable connected. If you don't need to output PC's sound, audio cable
connection is not required.

Connecting External AV Device with AVerTV Box PVR
Connect one end of the 8-pin Mini-DIN to RCA Cable to the AV IN port on the left side of the AVerTV
Box PVR and the other end to the AV OUT port on the external video device.

Connect your portable USB hard drive or flash drive to the USB port on the front of AVerTV Box PVR
