Setting EZ News Flash service

You can use EZ News Flash with simple settings for no charge. Refer to
"Initializing E-mail and EZweb" (page 26), complete initializing, and then
make settings for EZ News Flash.
Press u in the standby
screen, select the ticker
and press c (OK).
Press j to select
" はい " (Yes),
press c ( 選択 )(Select),
Press j to select "OK,"
and press c (Select).
Setup is complete. When you complete
setup and return to the standby screen,
the message "次回配信までしばらくお待
ち下さい。" (Please wait a while for the
next distribution), will be displayed on the
ticker.
■ Turning EZ News Flash off
To turn off EZ News Flash, operate the following directions:
a While the standby screen is displayed, press u, select the ticker and
press c (News).
b Press % (メニュー )(Menu), use j to select "サービス設定解除" (Service
termination), and press c (選択)(Select).
c Follow the instructions on the screen and turn off the setting.
The setting is turned off, and news distribution will stop.
■ Changing settings of receiving notifi cations
You can change the settings of the tone, vibrator, and Incoming indicator (LED)/
Luminous slit (LED) which notifi es EZ News Flash distribution.
a While the standby screen is displayed, press c216.
b Set each item.
If you do not need notifi cations when receiving EZ News Flash, set the
item to "OFF."
