You can make a variety of settings using the
menu .
1 . While the recorder is stopped, press and hold
the [MENU] key for more than two seconds .
The unit enters the menu mode and a menu
item is shown on the display .

2 . Press the [MENU] key to select a desired menu
item .
Each press of the [MENU] key changes the
menu item shown .
The long press of the [MENU] key changes the
menu item in reverse direction .
The following menu items are available in the
menu .

Description
Selects Fs/bit.
Generates 1kHz tone at
record start.
Generates 1kHz tone at
record end.
Selects key for stop recording.
Selects "default file name".
Selects maximum file size.
"Auto continuous file" mode ON/OFF.
Selects USB connection mode.
Selects battery type.
Selects infra-red controlled device.
Formats SD card.
Adjusts internal clock.
Initializes menu item settings.
Displays current version.
3 . For a menu item that selects the setting, use
the [-/DOWN] or [+/UP] key to select the set-
ting .
4 . To exit the menu mode, press the [EXIT] key .
The unit returns to the normal mode .
