VIDEO MEMORY

Operating instructions.
It is advisable to install the video memory
close to the monitor, using the push-button
command on the video memory. If the recom-
mended configuration is not achievable or in
the system there is more than one monitor it
would be possible to connect in parallel to the
main commands (DEL, REC, AUTO and
PLAY) located on the video memory using the
INSTALLATION DIAGRAMS
Connection of the video memory in one-way systems.
In one-way systems with one or more moni-
tors in parallel, it is sufficient to connect the
coaxial cable from the video camera unit to
the terminal IN of the video memory the
terminal OUT should be connected to the
video input of the monitor.
The connections P, A, R and D drawn with
dashed lines on the diagram, must be done
only if additional commands are required on
the monitor or if there is one or more monitors
in parallel.
Connection of the video memory in multi-way systems.
In multi-way system, to avoid recording of
images directed to other monitors it is neces-
sary to move the jumper J1 from position 1-
2 to position 2-3; it is also necessary to
connect coaxial cable and positive power
supply both of the video distributor and the
monitor as shown in the diagram the connec-
tions P, A, R and D drawn with dashed lines
on the diagram must be done only if addi-
tional commands are required on the monitor
(or if there is one or more monitors in parallel).
