Individuals have the right to refuse being photographed or
publication or use of their image. Personality rights, or Right of
Publicity, is a form of property right designed to protect celebrity
interests that applies to all people. Be careful when using
handset Camera. Photographing or distributing the images of
others without permission is unlawful.
Copyrights
Sounds, images, computer programs, databases, other copyrighted
materials, their respective works and copyright holders are
protected by copyright laws. Duplicated materials are limited to
private use only. If duplications (including conversion of data
types), modifications, transfer of duplicates or distribution on
networks are made without permission of copyright holders, it
constitutes "Literary Piracy" and "Infringement of Copyright
Holder Rights" and a lawsuit for reparations may be filed and
