Creating a Shortcut

You can create a keypad shortcut to a menu item.
Action
1 Press M to enter the menu system.
2 Press S to scroll to the menu item.
3 Press and hold M to open the shortcut editor.
4 Press YES (-) to view shortcut options.
To change the keypad shortcut number:
a Press S to scroll to Key
b Press keypad keys to enter the new key
c Press OK to store the new key
5 Press DONE (-) to store the shortcut.

open the main menu
2 a number key go to the menu item with that
shortcut number

M > Office Tools > Shortcuts
Find the Feature
Editing or Deleting a Shortcut
The shortcut list is sorted by key. If you change a shortcut's
key, you change its place in the list.
