Sending the directory to another
handset
Preconditions:

The sending and receiving handsets must
both be registered to the same base sta-
tion.

The other handset can send and receive
directory entries.

Send Entry / Send List

Enter the internal number of the
receiving handset and press
Successful transmission is acknowledged
with the message Entry copied. You can
transfer several individual entries one after
the other by responding
entry? prompt.
Please note:

Entries with identical numbers won't be
overwritten on the receiving handset.
u
The transfer will be canceled if the phone
rings or if the memory of the receiving
handset is full.
