Troubleshooting
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.

Checking 30", 36", or 48" RH Oven Bake Operation

Disconnect power to the range
Access control panel and wiring
Connect power
120 VAC present on oven control L1 (P20) to L2 (P19)?
120 VAC present on spark module A to N?
Yes
RTD open or shorted?
(See fault codes on page 12).
No
Selector switch or thermostat open?
(See chart on page 22).
No
Turn selector switch to Bake
and thermostat to 350°.
120 VAC present on bake relay
(P12) Violet to Black?
Yes
Turn selector switch to Bake
and thermostat to 350°.
120 VAC present on DSI
module H1 to N?
Yes
10.75 VAC present on DSI
module SC to S1?
Yes
10.75 VAC present on DSI
module SC to S1 while
arcing, yet no gas present
to bake burner? (Gas supply
valve in open position)
No
Repair or replace defective wiring.
