ENTERING YOUR WEIGHT
Enter weight using the number
keys or either set of arrow keys.
The Alphanumeric Message Center
window will display the weight.
Press ENTER. Press START to
begin. After you press START the
dot matrix will display a 3,2,1
count down and "beep". The belt
will start after the count down
