HIGH LIMIT SWITCH KEEPS TRIPPING
Possible Causes:
1.
The convection blower is overheating and tripping the
internal temperature shutoff.
2.
The stove is being left on the highest setting for exten-
ded periods of time.
3.
Fuel other than wood pellets is being burned in the stove. US Stove pellet stoves are designed and tested to use

Power surge or brown out situation.
5.
High limit switch is malfunctioning.

SMOKE SMELL OR SOOT BUILD-UP

Because it is a wood-burning device, your US Stove may emit a faint wood-burning odor. If this increases beyond normal or
is you notice an unusual soot buildup on walls or furniture, check your exhaust system carefully for leaks. All joints should be
properly sealed. Also, clean your stove following instructions in "MAINTENANCE." If problem persists, contact your dealer.

blower does not help, the blower may be bad
The highest level setting is designated for use over short
periods of time. Burning the stove on the highest setting
for longer that 1-2 hours could lead to potential overheating
situations.
