Double-click remove or remove.exe to run the Remove utility from the SURFboard VoIP Cable Modem
CD-ROM. The SURFboard Cable Modem USB Driver Removal window is displayed:

Click Remove Driver to remove the USB driver.
After you remove the USB driver, re-install the USB driver on your computer:
•
"Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows 98"
•
"Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows Me"
If you continue to have problems, contact your cable service provider.
