Selecting the Language for OSD

SET OSD LANGUAGE
You can select the language for OSD (On Screen Display). This
setting allows you select a preferred language for the SETUP
menu and operating messages. The default language is
ENGLISH.

SCREEN SAVER SETTING
Turns on or off the screen saver.
If you turn on the screen saver, the screen saver image
appears when you leave the system in pause or stop mode for
1 minute. The screen saver is useful to prevent your display
from becoming damaged.
The default setting is "OFF".

If the speakers cannot be placed at the same distance from
your listening position, adjust the delay time to improve the
surround effect.
The delay time of 1MS corresponds to 30 cm.
Adjustable range
Center: 0MS(OFF) to 5MS
Surround: 0MS(OFF) to 15MS in 3MS steps
For example, if the center speaker is closer to the listening
position than the front speakers by about 90cm, set the
CENTER DELAY to 3MS.
< You cannot adjust delay time when the listening mode is set to
LT/RT, STEREO or VSS. In this case, press the SETUP button to
exit the setup menu, press the LISTENING button repeatedly to
select PRO LOGIC, and then press the SETUP button again.
< The delay time for the front speaker and the subwoofer isn't
available.
< Delay time setting will not work properly when the center or
surround speaker is farther than others.

Test tone is emitted from each speaker at 2.5-second intervals.
You can use the test tone to check if the speakers are
connected properly.
